Delta Water – Return & Replacement Policy (U.S. Customers)

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

1. General Policy

Due to the technical nature of Delta Water magnetic water treatment devices and their installation requirements, all sales are considered final, particularly after installation or use, unless otherwise expressly stated in this policy.

This policy is designed to work in conjunction with Delta Water’s 5-Year Limited Warranty and does not replace or extend warranty coverage.

2. Eligibility for Returns (Before Installation Only)

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The return request is made within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery
• The product is unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging
• The product is in resalable condition

Non-returnable cases:

• Products that have been installed or used
• Products damaged due to improper handling
• Custom or special-order units

Delta Water reserves the right to inspect and approve all returned items before issuing any refund.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, the customer must Contact Delta Water at: usa@deltawater.net

Provide:

• Proof of purchase
• Product serial number
• Reason for return

If approved:

• The customer will receive return instructions
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Items must be shipped back within 7 days of approval

4. Refunds

• Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days

5. Replacement Policy (Defective Products)

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, the customer is entitled to:

• Repair or replacement only, at Delta Water’s sole discretion
• In accordance with the 5-Year Limited Warranty

Conditions:

• Proper installation and usage must be verified
• Full compliance with Delta Water’s official installation, operation, and maintenance instructions is required for warranty eligibility
• No unauthorized modifications
• No misuse or external damage

Delta Water may request:

• Photos or videos
• Installation details
• Technical inspection

6. Shipping for Warranty Claims

Customers may be required to return the product for inspection.

Unless explicitly approved in writing, all shipping costs, including international shipping, are the responsibility of the customer.

Delta Water is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.

7. Limitation of Liability

Delta Water’s responsibility is limited strictly to the product.

Delta Water shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to system performance, water quality changes, crop yield, or loss of profits.

Delta Water does not guarantee specific performance results, including but not limited to water treatment outcomes, system efficiency, or agricultural results.

8. International Seller Notice

Delta Water is a company based in Egypt, and all transactions are considered international sales.

Customers are responsible for:

• Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import regulations
• Compliance with local installation standards and requirements

9. Governing Principle

This policy shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial practices.
